Refund policy

All listed items are sold with a 30-day warranty unless otherwise noted.

Merchandise must be returned or exchanged in its original, received condition. Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please use the return option available directly through our online store.

For defective products, incorrect products, or any fault on our part, please email us at support@techyparts.com to receive a prepaid return shipping label along with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return Exceptions

  • Merchandise that has been damaged, modified, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Certain items cannot be returned if they are opened, including digital products and software.
  • Products sold with known defects that are described in the product description cannot be returned.

Restocking Fee

Returns for reasons other than defects are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, we do not refund the original shipping and handling fees unless the product is defective, the incorrect product was shipped, or the return is due to any other fault on our part.

Prepaid Return Shipping Labels (USA Only)

For defective products, incorrect items, or any fault on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for customers in the USA. International customers will need to cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
