Shipping policy

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed before the cutoff time will ship the same business day. The cutoff time for ground shipments is 1:00 PM CST, and for express shipments, it is 3:00 PM CST.

Custom-configured products, such as servers, require additional time for assembly and testing. As a result, shipping for these products will typically take longer and may be delayed up to 48 hours or more depending on the complexity of the configuration.

Carriers

We partner with the following carriers to deliver your orders:

• FedEx
• USPS
• UPS
• DHL (available upon request)

Carrier Substitution

We reserve the right to substitute the selected shipping carrier with another if it enables faster delivery to the customer. For example, if a customer selects UPS Ground and UPS has already picked up for the day, we may ship via FedEx Ground instead to ensure timely delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will update it with the tracking number provided by the shipping carrier. Please note that USPS 1st Class Mail International may not provide complete tracking information outside the USA.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on the weight, dimensions of your order, your location, and packaging costs.

International Orders

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, carrier customs clearance fees, and import taxes as per the destination country’s regulations. We do not have or provide information on customs duties or fees. Any such costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping charges paid to us.
